How does free shipping & delivery work?

We offer Free shipping in Europe on orders with 3+ items in cart. Orders under will cost €50 per item for shipping.

Once an order is placed, our team will carefully collect and package your lounge items with hugs and love, so please allow up to 24 hours for our team to pick and pack your order.

Your lounge order will then gently be sent via the post (UPS/TNT/FedEx), and then it should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 8-12 business days.

Can the furniture stand outside all year?

The short answer is Yes, all of our outdoor lounge furniture is 100% weather proof. Our fabric is Water Repellent, Olefin based, UV protected, SGS tested to highest standards and resistant to pool & salt water.

What's the composition of the furniture?

Each lounge unit consists of two main components, the fabric cover and the foam filling.

The foam gives optimal sitting comfort, distributing the body weight evenly and is hygienic and breathable.

The fabric cover is made from a premium olefin material that is water repellent, fast drying, sun-proof and washable.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?

Absolutely yes. We know that sometimes the order you place is just not quite the right fit for you. You can certainly return your TroisPommes Home order to us for a full refund in original packaging. Simply send it back to us within 14 days for your money back.

Can I wash the fabric if needed?

Yes, you can tumble dry at low temperatures and wash the lounge fabric at 40° degrees max.

You can simply also rub off loose dust and remove stains with a damp cloth with cold or lukewarm water.

What is the furniture filling?

Our innovative approach for creating comfortable and durable outdoor lounge consists of furniture filled with high density PU sofa foam.
